Thank you for your interest in our Reactive Rehab class!

The upcoming session of Reactive Rehab will be on Wednesdays at 6:30pm, starting on January 8. Tuition for the five-week class is $375.

It is ESSENTIAL for everyone's safety and learning that the dogs enrolled are appropriate for this class. To help, please fill out this intake questionnaire completely and honestly.

Your answers will be reviewed by a trainer to determine whether Reactive Rehab is the right fit for you and your dog. If this class isn't a good fit, we will explain why and offer a more appropriate training option for your consideration.

If you're accepted into class, you'll receive a link to complete your payment and fill out the class registration and waiver.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

Reactive Rehab Intake Questionnaire

This questionnaire is very important. Your answers will help us to a) ensure that this class is the right fit for you and your dog, and b) set up the classroom so that each dog is successful.

Please be aware that because of our commitment to small class sizes, your class will NOT be refunded or rescheduled unless requested at least ONE WEEK before your start date. This means there are NO refunds after class starts, even if your dog is deemed inappropriate for this environment. Please help us make sure this doesn't happen to you by filling out this survey completely and honestly!

Reactive Rehab is for dogs who are lunging, barking, and/or vocalizing toward other dogs while on leash. This class does not address aggression directed toward humans, dogs who get into fights at the dog park, dogs who have severely injured other dogs, dogs who are fighting with their housemates, or extreme fear cases. Please contact us for private training in such cases.

If you have any concerns about the suitability of your dog for this class, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at (775) 420-2322 and we’ll be happy to guide you.
